Sheryl Paul & Sheva Rajaee: Relationship...

STUART RALPH
About this episode

In episode 317 I chat with Sheryl Paul and Sheva Rajaee. Sheryl is a counselor informed by Jungian depth psychology, and author of the book The wisdom of anxiety. Sheva is a psychotherapist who specializes in the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and other related anxiety disorders, and author of the book Relationship OCD: A CBT-Based Guide to Move Beyond Obsessive Doubt, Anxiety, and Fear of Commitment in Romantic.

We discuss what is love, why settling for a partner is ok, highly sensitive people in love, what it means to be in a romantic relationship, ways of dealing with rOCD, learning to listen to the wise mind over the anxious mind, explaining to friends that it’s OCD and not normal relationship concerns, sharing relationship OCD with your partner without hurting their feelings, self-esteem and self-love, and much more. Hope it helps.
