#97 Therapy + Break ups

BREAK UP BESTIE
About this episode

On today's solo episode we are talking about therapy + break ups. I talk about the importance of therapy, how beneficial it can be, and how to get the most out of your sessions. Making that initial decision to go therapy can be scary and intimidating for some, so I wanted to share what held me back from going in the past, but how it in turn helped me so much. Going through a break up is hard, as most of you know - but going to therapy helped me with my feelings, seeing my behavior pattern from an outside perspective, and how to be more in tough with my intuition. My hope for this episode is to help you get the confidence to go to therapy, and to understand how beneficial it can be!
