Suzana is SVP of Global Futureforce Recruiting at Salesforce, where she oversees a global university recruitment team responsible for expanding our hiring to 18% of Salesforce’s total external hires. Suzana has built a team dedicated to attracting, cultivating and retaining this next-generation talent, leveraging non-traditional marketing efforts, creating custom programs and delivering a first-class candidate experience in a way that differentiates Salesforce across the industry. Where Grace is a current product manager intern that is Under the leadership of the Senior Director of Product Management. She collaborates with Product Managers and UX Designers to build intelligent, next-generation tooling for the Production Engineering team.

We learn Grace's personal story of triumph that landed her a Salesforce internship, what their hiring process looks like and the expectations a student should have when working at Salesforce.
