Gautam has been with OYO since May 2020. Before joining OYO International, he worked for Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, an Indian pharmaceutical company, where he led the company's business development and strategic planning in Australia and China. Prior to joining Dr. Reddy’s, Gautam had more than 10 years of experience working as Associate Principal at McKinsey & Co.
