  • Not living a "TRUE" healthy lifestyle.
  • How do you get away from the negative thoughts?
  • Focusing your energy on what you are passionate about.
  • You do NOT need to lose weight to be happy!
  • Getting out of set routines around food.
  • Being an example for the future.
