Welcome back to Therapy Chat! In today's podcast host Laura Reagan revisits one of her first episodes about the challenges of letting go. 

In this episode, you will hear how to let go when your child graduates from high school and leaves home to go to college. Laura shares her personal struggle to understand and cope with her own feelings as her child graduated from high school, offering practical strategies for addressing difficult emotions so parents can help their children cope with their own reactions to this important life transition from childhood to adulthood. Laura emphasizes self-care and reflection.
