Episode 225 – Amber Shares How She Overcame an Eating Disorder

Have you ever looked at other women and wondered about them?
What is their story?
How do they eat?
How do they manage their weight?

Here is one young woman’s story of how she worked herself into an eating disorder, and then bravely worked her way out of it.

And became a mentor to other women who struggled.

Amber shares the common pressures she faced. She talks about all the things she tried to break free from the struggle with her eating, her self-esteem and her weight.
And what she finally found that worked.

Under the skin, we are all women living in the world today. With similar cultural messages and pressures to be and act and look a certain way.

Join me as we explore one woman’s journey to learn how to take care of herself and get really good at understanding how her mind works.

Meet Amber, one of the mentors for our members in The Freedom Group.
