In this episode, we talk about dealing with angry and confrontational people, how to deal with our own anger when we feel offended and/or attacked, and how to respond to the narcissists in our lives who try to elicit reactions out of us. In this episode, we also explore the ego and how our ego relates to our reactions and responses to the situations and things that upset and frustrate us.
