In this episode Ellie interviews Podcast Host, NLP practitioner, and Holistic Health coach Ashley James. Ashley has an amazing podcast called the Learn True Health podcast where she interviews holistic health experts and doctors of Naturopathic medicine  to teach listeners how to gain health naturally through holistic medicine, diet, supplemental nutrition and lifestyle changes. 


In this episode, we dive into Ashley's personal journey reclaiming her health naturally including healing from PCOS, Type 2 diabetes, infertility, and adrenal fatigue. She also shares her struggles with emotional eating and destructive eating patterns and techniques to change your behaviors. We also do a deep dive into Anxiety and NLP techniques to better manage and greatly reduce anxiety.
