Matt Fox is a  former pro athlete, qualified personal trainer, cancer survivor, and time-stressed  dad. He was nominated for “Fitness Influencer of the year 2020”. For over 5 years Matt as been using his own body to train, it’s not just something that he picked up during COVID like a whole bunch of fitness influencers as he tells us in this show. Matt started documenting his journey and his home workouts and they started to get traction. He now has a huge social media following and is making an impact on peoples lives all around the world.
