Sarah Kleiner, @carnivore.yogi on Instagram is an ex-vegan who transitioned to a carnivore, meat based diet to heal from PCOS, adrenal fatigue, depression, IBS, and eczema. She’s lost 100 pounds three separate times in her life and has powerful insight on optimizing hormone health, optimizing  carnivore, and connecting to your body. She's also a yoga teacher, Autism mother, and practices Vedic meditation.
