Many people suffer from "perfectionism" nowadays. We aren't satisfied with what we do because we expect more from ourselves. The problem with that is our lack of perfection becomes an excuse for not finishing our goals. In this episode I talk about how the important thing is to focus on progress in order to combat our need to be perfectionists.
