The skincare industry has somehow convinced us that we need a 10-step routine, a new serum every month and a bathroom shelf worth hundreds of pounds to have good skin. But what if most of us are massively overcomplicating it?
This week, our cover teacher is skincare educator Natalie O'Neill. She's here to help us work out what we ACTUALLY need to be doing now to have our best skin in 10, 20 or even 30 years' time. We're getting into the ingredients that genuinely have science behind them (and the ones that are mostly marketing), why your skin might just be dehydrated rather than in need of Botox, and how everything from your sleep to your stress levels affects your skin.
Think of this as your guide to stripping back your skincare routine, spending your money on the things that actually work, and playing the long game with your skin. Plus, Natalie takes us through a Future Self exercise to help you build a routine that works for YOU, rather than whatever TikTok is telling you to buy this week.

RETROGRADE, SHREDDY, TALA and THE PRODUCTIVITY METHOD are my own businesses, therefore any mention of them - whilst not being a sponsorship - is monetarily endorsed. As usual, sponsorships do not change my opinions nor my honesty, but I will always disclaim to make sure motives are clear 😊
