Change is hard. Even when it's good, even when you chose it, and especially when it's something you never wanted in the first place.
I've been experiencing SO much change lately, from moving away from my hometown and starting a completely new chapter in Florida to navigating the unexpected loss of my childhood dog. It's made me think a lot about how we deal with change, how we find comfort in the uncomfortable, and how we learn to stop fighting the fact that life is constantly evolving.
In today's episode, we're talking about accepting that you're in a season of change, resisting the urge to compare your life to everyone else's, remembering that everything changes and everything passes, and learning to focus on what you can actually control.
We'll also get into the practical little things that can make a huge difference when life feels unfamiliar: maintaining familiar routines, creating new rituals, staying connected to the people you love, and allowing yourself to find the good in a new chapter without pretending that everything is easy.
Because you can miss what you had while making room for something new. You can feel uncomfortable and still be okay. And you don't need to have everything figured out to start finding your footing.
