As a mom coach and mom of three with nine years of experience coaching over 2,000 clients, I didn't become a better mom from parenting tips or scripts. I became a better mom when I got clear on what being a "better mom" actually meant to me, learned the right tools to expand my capacity, and practiced those tools in real life. In this episode, I'm sharing what actually made the biggest difference—from learning how to hold my kids' emotions and stay grounded in chaos to reducing overwhelm, taking care of myself, losing 50 pounds, and becoming more me in motherhood. These are the skills that have helped me show up as the mom I genuinely want to be.
