Why You’re Not Getting Stronger

Graham Ambrose and Angus Warburton
About this episode

Muscles don’t grow simply because you train hard. Growth requires the right training stimulus and enough recovery to adapt.

Poor technique, inadequate range of motion, rushing reps and failing to progressively overload can mean the target muscle never receives enough tension. Angus & graham describe the lessons Graham has learned on his journey to be jacked.
