Welcome back.
Over the last two days, we've practiced release and rest. Today, we build on that with something your body can lean on any time you need it: breath.
When everything feels like too much, your breath is the one thing that's always right here with you — ready to bring you back to ground.

Today's 10-minute meditation is built around a simple, powerful breathing pattern:
Inhale for 4 counts. Hold for 7 counts. Exhale for 8 counts.
This extended exhale activates your body's natural calming response, gently signaling to your nervous system that it's safe to slow down. We'll move through this pattern together, slowly and without strain, so you can feel your body settle a little more with each round.
If a count ever feels like too much of a stretch, it's okay to shorten it — the rhythm matters more than the exact numbers.
Dear Friend,
You don't have to search for ground. It's already beneath you, in every breath you take.
Peace isn't something you have to chase down. Sometimes it's as close as your next exhale.
With love,
Mary
