Feeling unsteady, anxious, or disconnected from your body? Today's episode uses a simple grounding breath technique — inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 6 — paired with a rooting visualization to help you feel physically anchored in the present moment.
This is Day 3 of our 7-day grounding meditation series, and today we go a little deeper than arriving and resting: today, we root.

Anyone feeling scattered, anxious, or ungrounded — and searching for grounding breathing techniques, present moment awareness practices, or a simple daily anchor they can return to anywhere.
You don't have to hold yourself up entirely on your own today. Whatever feels unsteady right now doesn't need you to reach further out — it just needs you to root down, one breath at a time. You are more anchored than you feel.
Tonight, before you close your eyes, try three rounds of today's grounding breath — in for 4, hold for 4, out for 6. With each exhale, imagine a root sinking down beneath you, holding you steady through the night. Let your body trust that it's supported, even in sleep.
This is Day 3 of 7. Tomorrow, we move into Steady with a mudra practice — a small physical anchor you can use anytime you feel scattered. Subscribe so you don't miss it.
