Do you ever feel like you should be further along by now — more healed, more together, more "whole"? That pressure to rush is one of the biggest things that pulls us out of the present moment.
Welcome to Day 2 of our 7-day grounding meditation series, where today's practice is all about permission to rest. Using a simple affirmation — I rest in this moment. I do not need to rush to be whole — this guided meditation helps release the urgency to be finished, fixed, or further along, and instead settle into exactly where you are right now.

Anyone feeling behind, rushed, or pressured to have it all figured out — and searching for grounding meditation, present moment awareness, or affirmation meditation practices they can return to daily.
You are not behind. There is no schedule you're failing to keep, no version of "whole" you're late to become. Wherever you are right now is not a delay — it's simply where you are. Let yourself rest here, without rushing toward anywhere else.
Tonight, as you settle into bed, place a hand over your heart and silently repeat today's affirmation: I rest in this moment. I do not need to rush to be whole. Let each word slow your breathing a little more. There's nothing left to finish tonight — only permission to rest, exactly as you are, until morning.
This is Day 2 of 7. Tomorrow, we move into Root with a breathing technique designed to anchor you in your body and the present moment. Subscribe so you don't miss it.
