Is menopause really about hormones… or is it exposing something much bigger about how our culture treats aging women?
If you've ever felt invisible, dismissed, or suddenly just like "less relevant" as your body changed, then this episode is for you.
We cover:
Why menopause is a social transition, not just a hormonal event
How internalized ageism can shorten lifespan and impact health outcomes
The real biological cost of chronic stress, stigma, and vigilance
Why brain fog in menopause is often misinterpreted as cognitive decline
The future of aging, and the danger of a two-tiered "anti-aging" society
