- Expand Your Vision: We spend our days looking at screens 12 inches from our faces. Go outside and look at the furthest point on the horizon to signal safety to your brain.
- Plant a Seed: Spring is about planting. Do one small thing today for "Future You"—read 5 pages, drink a green smoothie, or send a kind text.
