特朗普的第二次总统任期,刚刚超过一百天。这一百天并不太平:总统行政令接连颁布,人事大洗牌,移民政策大调整,针对DEI的大清洗,还马不停蹄地开启了关税大战。与第一任期相比,本次任期里特朗普的权力更大、顾忌更少,带来的风暴也更猛烈。就在我们这期节目发布的当下,中美刚刚在日内瓦达成了一项临时协议,关税争端似乎阶段性收尾,但背后的博弈远未结束。我们特此推出系列节目,带大家走进这场百日风暴的中心,采访那些亲历其中的人,他们的所见所闻,该如何看待特朗普治下的美国?这场风暴会走向何方?美国和世界的未来,又将何去何从?

今天是本系列节目的最后一期。数据显示,特朗普在就职后一百天里共签署了 142 道总统令,其中很大一部分都指向移民管理与边境执法,在节目发布前一天,目前已有 8000 多名美军驻扎在边境附近,财政支出高达 5.25 亿美元。我们与长期关注采访美墨边境移民议题的作者孟渝一起,聚焦特朗普任期内的移民政策如何打破了长久以来政府与移民间的“默契”,通过真实的移民的故事深入了解政策到底如何影响个体的命运。
