-How Kristina left a 29-year career, walked away from a marriage of 26 years, and recently felt the pain of not being chosen in a relationship that ended painfully- yet the glorious breakthrough was that she chose herself instead, honoring her worth and her soul's truth.
-The deep healing she's done through retreats, coaching, and PSIs (psychedelic somatic integration) has allowed her to face and integrate ancestral wounds, shame, terror, and grief rather than bypass them by staying busy, pretty and positive, expectations placed on her since childhood.
-The transformation from people-pleasing and self-betrayal to standing firmly in her worth, no longer making excuses for manipulation or cruelty, and learning what it really takes to to give only from her overflow while staying as present as possible during so much uncertainty.
-Her journey of releasing old identities tied to titles, roles, beauty and external validation, and discovering instead the calm, radiant wholeness that younger women now recognize and gravitate toward.
-The bravery of sitting in the "in-between" — leaving behind what no longer aligns while not yet knowing what's next, and choosing curiosity and trust instead of control and strategy from fear.
-Her vision for the future, including spaciousness, prayer, laughter, play, and possibly traveling through Europe to continue discovering herself, a gift she's never considered giving herself until now.
-The importance of sacred community and mentorship, staying connected to those who hold her accountable to her soul rather than her ego.
This heartfelt, tearful, nourishing, raw and real conversation is a reminder that letting go of old identities is terrifying, messy, and humbling, yet it is also the portal into authenticity, belonging, and freedom.
