Breaking Shame, Trauma & Strongholds: Ho...

Emily Ford
About this episode

What if the very thing you’ve been fighting all along is the very thing you need to let go of? What if the patterns, shame, and fear you’ve been holding onto aren’t obstacles to push through, but signals pointing you toward freedom?

In this episode, Emily sits down with Kevin Crenshaw, known as The Heart Guy, who has spent over a decade helping leaders and individuals break free from the patterns, fears, and habits that keep them stuck. His own near-death experience, chronic illness, and mental health struggles forced him to confront the things he couldn’t control and taught him that surrender to God, not pushing harder, is often the first step toward transformation.

Together, Emily and Kevin explore the experiences that shaped his journey and the insights he now shares with others to help them release what no longer serves them, step confidently into God’s plan, and live with more clarity, freedom, and purpose.

What You’ll Learn:
  • The ways surrender can break cycles of shame, fear, and limiting patterns.
  • The life-changing reality of deliverance and the Holy Spirit
  • Stories of real transformation that show how trusting God changes everything
  • The truth about calling, anointing, and the crushing process
  • How fasting, surrender, and obedience transform your daily walk
