She lost 81 lbs and dropped her body fat in HALF… but the real transformation? That was internal.
When Annette first came across my content, she’d already tried it all, Whole30, keto, intermittent fasting. She was eating “healthy,” had a background in nutritional therapy, but was miserable in her body.
Then came the Easter tree swing moment.
She was with her nephew and couldn’t do something as simple as swinging from a rope without fear and a painful injury because her body didn’t feel strong enough.
That was the turning point.
She joined the program at 229 lbs. Today? She’s sitting at 148, her body fat dropped from 53% to 27%, and she just packed her own food to spend a week at a foster kids camp where she felt energised and in control.
But here’s what really got me…
She said the biggest shift wasn’t just her body it was learning to listen to it.
To slow down.
To process emotions instead of pushing them aside.
To understand that weight stalls aren’t always physical sometimes it’s about what you’re not allowing yourself to feel.
She used to be the girl who thought she’d never be consistent and look like this.
Now she’s strong, empowered, sleeping well, symptom-free in her 40s, and lifting heavy AF in the gym.
Oh and she went from a size 16 to a size 4.
But what I love most?
She’s living proof that it’s never too late to become the version of yourself you didn’t even know was possible.
