Her passion is personal—after years of yo-yo diets, burnout, and frustration, she ditched the BS, lost 10+kg, and found lasting energy and self-love. Now, she’s on a mission to help women do the same—without the fluff. Real talk. Real results. Real confidence.

Her definition of Self Love has changed throughout the years. I think it’s unapologetically being in my own lane and having deep appreciation for all I am the messy parts and all. And constantly showing up for yourself on a daily basis.

Quotes: I have always wanted to help people. Money is just energy. The more money you earn the more you can help people. There seems to be an identity around having money makes you evil. Happy workers work harder. You are more than a PT you are a counsellor and you have to hold space for them. I love helping with mindset, nutrition and training. I created an epic community around self-care, team and belonging. Ask yourself, ‘If I had all the money in the world what would I do? ‘What brings me joy?’ ‘What makes you happy?’ Your values help to have unstoppable motivation. Take care of yourself to be the healthiest version of self. Nourishing yourself is good food and movement. Stay in your own lane. You must track your nutrition like you would business expenses. Know your numbers. Find someone who works for you. 120g of protein per day for women is adequate, 5 serves of vege, 2 fruits, 2 litres of water and move your body for 30mins and do 10,000 steps a day is the bare minimum. The more you know the more you realise you don’t know. The greatest thing I did was do the work for myself first. Use pain to move forward.
