A - Avoid Mood-Altering Substances: Stay away from drugs, alcohol, and other substances that can negatively impact your mood or emotional stability.

S - Sleep: Prioritize getting enough restful sleep. Good sleep hygiene is crucial for emotional regulation and overall well-being.

E - Exercise: Engage in regular physical activity. Exercise can help reduce stress and improve your mood.

S - Screen Time: Be mindful of your exposure to screens and how it affects you
