So much of what we focus on when we’re trying to conceive is about getting to that positive pregnancy test. And if you’re anything like me – you will do whatever you can to get there.
But it wasn’t until many years into my own fertility journey that I realised the focus shouldn’t be on GETTING pregnant, but ultimately staying pregnant and bringing a healthy baby into the world.
And when I made that shift – I feel like the path to that positive test got so much shorter.
Today I am chatting with Functional Health Practitioner Stefanie Adler, who dives into how you can best prepare your body for conception & make the journey much easier in the process.
