I don't know if there's ever been a harder episode for me to record than this one. I've probably interviewed over 850 to 900 people in my career. But I've never spoken directly into the heart and soul of my son, after not speaking with him for 5 years. I was a mess.
Yet the exercise was brilliant- I've ended up airing Take 4 and Take 1, 2 & 3 are in Behind the Scenes of my 'Heart- Centered Foundations' Patreon Channel as a sacred intimacy training offering meant to inspire anyone who has suppressed their feelings. It's an invitation to express buried feelings in a healthy way and integrate wounds so that you can be present and heart open with the people you love the most.
This assignment from my coaches was a sacredly exquisite way to break my heart-open, integrate longstanding grief and invite not a fresh start -as you can't bypass tremendous pain- yet you can usher in the hard-earned wisdom of living consciously, taking ownership, forgiving fully and choosing to integrate and live your soul contract to the fullest.

The Universe heard my expression loud and clear.
