"Settling": The word that destroys great...

NATALIE KENNEDY
About this episode
Every worry you're "settling" if you stay with your partner? You're not alone: this thought process isn't your fault and it has good reason for being there-- but there are a ton of ways it isn't helpful when looking at relationships, especially for someone that struggles with relationship OCD. In this episode, we will debunk the myth of "settling" and empower you with some better language to use about your relationship so that you can enjoy what's wonderful right in front of you!
