What is a midlife crisis? We throw this term around a lot and people aren't always certain what it means. Dr. Natalie will break it down for you in today's episode. AND...she tells us how she needs no more than 30 minutes with you to have enough information to tell you whether you are headed for a midlife crisis yourself.
We all know that midlife is hard and can be even harder when we have old patterns of behavior that are no longer working for us. We know better. We even have a good idea of what we need to do to change things, yet it seems almost impossible to make that change. You know what I'm talking about. You want to go to the gym more, but can't seem to implement the plan you have. Or, you want to start eating better, but instead you are snacking all the time still. It drives you nuts. You know better and are still unable to put new practices into action. In today's podcast Dr. Natalie will also give us some insight into this immunity to change and how we can better address it.
