Here’s the thing – health doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive.

Sleep 7-8 hours like it’s your job.

Take a walk. Just 30 minutes a day.

And hey, protein first, carbs later. Your body will thank you.

Above all, start loving yourself more. Because the ONLY person who can truly take care of you… is YOU. 💡
