About this episode

Cette technique de méditation guidée "éveil de la buddhi" développe la clarté du mentale, le sens de la discrimination et la paix intérieure, lorsqu'elle est pratiquée régulièrement. Comme beaucoup de pratique du même genre, elle vous permet d’apprendre à discipliner votre mental. Lorsque le mental s’apaise, l’aspect grossier de la dualité s’apaise lui aussi. Emerge alors un état de conscience que l’on appelle « buddhi », état indispensable pour continuer la découverte de soi, et pouvoir revenir à un état de conscience « ordinaire » sans être perturber.
