Even if you’re not hosting a holiday meal, what if a family member, friend, or colleague invites you to a party and asks you to bring a dish? You may be wondering, “What should I bring? What if someone attending has a food sensitivity or allergy? How will I keep my dish warm (or cold) once I arrive?” In this episode, our nutritionists join forces with our chef to give you some tips and recipe ideas to help you feel less overwhelmed if you are hosting in your home or if you are assigned to bring a dish to a gathering. We’re keeping it healthy and simple for a festive holiday season!
