About this episode

Have you ever felt stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, whether in your relationships, health, or personal growth? Do you find yourself numbing emotions, whether through overeating, anger, or isolation, wondering why true fulfillment feels out of reach? You’re not alone—many people struggle to break free from these invisible barriers.

These patterns often stem from unresolved emotions, deeply ingrained beliefs, and life challenges that push us to the edge. When left unaddressed, they manifest in ways that hold us back—through strained relationships, self-sabotaging behaviors, or even physical health issues. It’s a cycle that feels impossible to escape without the right tools, leaving many of us searching for answers in all the wrong places.

Meet Michele Blumenthal, she is the Owner of M3: Mind and Motion with Michele, Certified Coach of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Practitioner of NLP, Hypnosis & Timeline Therapy, and CrossFit Level 1, Gymnastics & Nutrition Certified Coach.

Michelle's story is a powerful example of finding calmness amidst the chaos. As a parent of a son battling addiction, she was forced to confront not just his struggles but her own emotional patterns that affected how she showed up for him and herself. Through neuro linguistic programming (NLP), emotional mastery, and hypnosis, Michelle learned to self-soothe, reframe limiting beliefs, and ultimately transform her life. Now, she empowers others to do the same—helping clients overcome their own barriers, heal emotionally, and build extraordinary lives.

"Hypnosis is really just being in a relaxed state. That practice that I've done with my clients has been really transformative for them and something that they repeat for themselves often, which is really nice, and that they can learn how to self-soothe themselves." - Michelle Blumenthal
