Did you know that more than 3.5 million Canadians suffer from chronic insomnia and that approximately 2 million Canadians have been diagnosed with sleep apnea? Sleep disorders can be frustrating, mentally draining and lead to anxiety disorders.

In this episode, we'll try to name the most common sleep disorders, define them and help you overcome them with the help of Dr. Mayra Carlos Lazo, who has over ten years of clinical experience as a psychiatrist and specializing in sleep disorders.
