Nicole began her professional career at a boutique law firm in New York City. She transitioned to an in-house career as the Director of Business Development & Licensing at ED Ellen DeGeneres, where she led transactional negotiations between Ellen's licensees, partners, joint-venturers and representatives. She drafted, negotiated and executed license, joint venture, partnership, collaboration, sponsorship and design services agreements. Nicole recently served as Senior Counsel to Party City Holdings Inc., where she was responsible for negotiations between Party City and third parties for master services, SaaS, consulting and licensing agreements, as well as other commercial contracts as necessary. Nicole frequently speaks at her law school alma mater the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
