HANNAH
About this episode

hello hotties welcome back to another amazing episode of smoke sesh, we have a lot to catch up on! a new season means new ideas, and you guys submitted a lot of them! we chat what ive been up to, family time, deep cleaning of my mind and my home, and jump right into all of your questions including changing it up, fall is the perfect time to get that haircut or try that new style, go for it girl! I also share a lil reminder for all my early 20 somethings out there, learning to trust the process and not skip just to the good part, being patient and achieving your dreams, how to support your mentally ill friends (its easier than you might think), why am I so bad at things? learning to get over the fear of trying and getting tf up, alone time in relationships and the importance of side quests, TikTok scaries, what is true love? and the epidemic of addiction to the love highs, asking the hard questions, anxiety disorders, spiraling, alcoholism, changing your perspective, how to ride him and cowgirl it up, and finally burnout, learning to take care of yourself and listen to your emotions, they're there for a reason! I love you all and had so much fun on this episode and I hope you did so as well.
