About Jake

"Jake is the Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach for Athletics and Triathlon at Loughborough University. Alongside his work at Loughborough University, Jake also offers a variety of Strength & Conditioning services through his business Peak Power, where he has supported a wide range of individual and team sport athletes.

His previous roles include Academy Sport Scientist at Derby County Football Club, Leicester City Football Club and Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club. In addition to a Master’s of Research degree in Sport & Exercise Science from the University of Derby, Jake is also a UKSCA Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach."
