009 | Reading to Kids to Release Emotion...

Ashleigh Warner
About this episode

In this episode, Ashleigh shares ideas on ways we can support our kids through the joy of reading stories. She explores how this can help children release emotional energy in their system, which will inevitably reduce challenging behaviour.

Through personal stories of supporting her own kids, Ashleigh shares ways she has used books to support them to feel their vulnerable feelings and release their tears, moving around any walls of protection they had built and getting to the deeper feelings they were holding.
