Life can get crazy – with work, relationships, and all the daily demands – but here's the thing: overwhelm isn’t actually caused by your situation. It’s all about how we think about our situation. I'll share how to shift your mindset, stop identifying with overwhelm, and start feeling more in control. I even get personal with some stories from my own life to show you how I handle it.
