Sabrina Magnan is a Food Freedom Holistic Health Coach and the founder of the Food Freedom Academy. She is dedicated to helping women break free from dieting, heal their relationship with food, and build a balanced, joyful lifestyle without guilt or deprivation. With her background as a former synchronized swimmer and her expertise in Functional Health Coaching, Sabrina understands the challenges of perfectionism and diet culture. She guides women worldwide toward confidence and lasting health. When she's not coaching, Sabrina enjoys documentaries, hiking, and spending time with her big, lively family in Montreal.
