The ONE Thing Teens (and you) need...in ...

Tanner clark
About this episode

If I could wave my magic wand, which I don’t have, and give you and your teenagers one thing, it would be RESILIENCE. Why? Because there the ability to stand back up and fight for yourself after being knocked down is critical to growth and happiness. This week's episode of The Second of Strength Podcast dives into building and boosting resilience. Whether you are a teenagers or a parent, this episode is for you!

How do we do it? I talk a lot about your One Second of Strength and how it takes just ONE second to shift your mindset. What if I gave you :15 seconds?  What could you do with that?  In this episode I talk about Roger Federer’s :15 second approach and you’re going to love it.

I hope this episode helps you!
