About this episode
Dorian Yates is a legendary English bodybuilder and 6x former Mr. Olympia who revolutionised the sport by being the first of the so-called “mass monsters.” His “high intensity” philosophy involved pushing each set to failure through techniques like forced reps, drop sets and partial reps. This allowed him to maximise muscle stimulation in shorter, more intense workouts.
