From Burnout to Breakthrough: A PT's Jou...

Jimmy McKay, PT, DPT
About this episode

Jill Siriann is a physical therapist and clinic director, shares her personal story of hitting rock bottom with burnout during the pandemic.

She opens up about the immense pressure she felt, spreading herself too thin, and losing sight of her passion. She shares the turning point of realizing she still loved being a PT and working for ATI, so she dug deep to make changes.

She shifted her mindset, practiced more self-care, set boundaries, and accessed mental health benefits. Jill emphasizes the importance of reflecting on your "why" and realigning with your core values when things feel off track.

She wants to pay it forward by helping create a culture where employees are empowered to fight burnout.
