Nathan shares about his depression, and his acceptance of that as a chronic illness.  We share about the feeling like creating someone new inside for marriage, and also trying to balance with increased support.  We continue to define what makes now time safe.  We recognize our own progress, even though we cannot stop therapy or avoid the past.  We talk about trying to find the balance between avoidance and drowning, and what it is like having people who care... and accepting that care.  Nathan shares a vision of a treehouse.
