Hi everyone! Today, we’re talking all about creativity and its mutually beneficial relationship with Executive Function; and yes, you read that right! Executive Function skills not only benefit our creativity, but creative hobbies can greatly benefit and support the development of our Executive Functioning. This topic is especially important to me because being creative has always been a big part of my life. And, in addition to helping my coaching clients with the Executive Function skills related to their creativity, I own a small business with my friend, Bonnie, where we teach sewing, embroidery, and other fiber arts crafts to both kids and adults.
