What Drives You When You Are Alone & Not...

Kevin Miller | YAP Media
About this episode

I’m on day four of a solo getaway. I currently have five of my kids and two grandkids living full time in my home. Circumstantially the days are full. We get them to four different schools in the morning, there is constant grocery shopping, clearing, fixing something that’s broken, dealing with issues with the six or seven cars at our house at any given time, and the list goes on an on. So every two to three months, I get away. I recharge with solitude. I’m on day four at a cabin out in the boonies of the Rockies and am thinking on how the circumstances often drive our lives, but they are not our true, authentic drive. When we let the circumstances account for our drive, we are headed for a wreck. Or burnout. Drive with me a moment to unpack this issue and become aware of your true drive.
