Mon rapport à la nourriture

On a tous un rapport à la nourriture plus ou moins complexe, parfois obligé de se cacher pour se goinfrer, peser ses aliments pour se rassurer, faire du sport à l’exces pour compenser les excès, se nourrir que de légumes cru pour être sur de ne pas grossir, passer son temps à calculer les nutriments de chaque aliment et au final sacrifier énormément de temps à diaboliser les repas, tout comparer, et si le mieux c’était pas de se foutre la paix? C’est une partie de ce dont je parle dans cet épisode, bonne écoute !
