Episode 47. What Women Don't Say With Sp...

Raya Halet
About this episode

Today episode is slightly different, I interviewed Harriet Mandak, a holistic life coach, and rapid transformational therapist, in collaboration with Circle Cafe for Women's Month. As part of this collaboration, Circle Cafe has invited women to submit anonymous stories of points in their lives where it was hard for them to speak up.

This episode is a unique exploration of what women often leave unsaid. Harriet specializes in empowering high-functioning individuals grappling with overwhelm, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and anxiety.

We deviate from the usual narrative to dive into the unspoken struggles and silent battles that women face. Harriet's mission is profound: to create a nurturing space and provide effective tools for deep healing. Join us on a transformative journey, liberating your mind from subconscious blocks and embracing your happiest, healthiest, and highest self.

Tune in for an episode that breaks barriers, nurtures holistic well-being, and amplifies the unheard voices of women.
